George Wilson Hi,

I am George Wilson, 30 years old, and I wanted to share my perception of PTSD, one of the toughest conditions I ever suffered. My beautiful wife was suffering from stage four blood cancer when we discovered it; she died within a month. Suddenly all the difficult things were situated with my family, unable to overcome it. Later I continuously thought about it or experienced the symptoms of anxiety gradually that converted into PTSD; the doctor told me you have PTSD.

Shocking news for me because I heard about this, and PTSD is a life-threatening disorder; nevertheless, my doctor is so supportive. He mapped out all the positive activities, diet plans, duration of therapy, or social group practices, which eventually changed my life and effectively treated PTSD.

If you are facing PTSD, I recommend you adopt therapy sessions and change your meal format to be loaded with green vegetables, fruits, berries, and nuts. An important element is spending time with family, friends, and your loved ones.
